17 WEEK TRANSFORMATION

I’ve known Joe for over 11 years. We did our apprenticeship together at Ratcliffe Power Station.

Back then, we were both big lads.
Break time meant big greasy sandwiches.
Dinner time meant chippies.
All day meant smashing food.

Joe kept messaging me about signing up, then putting it off. Eventually he took the leap — but he was clear from the start:

“I’ll sign up, but I don’t want to go to the gym. I hate them.”
