Gary's story

Before he even came to me, Gary had already lost 8 stone 12 lbs — mostly through Monjaro. But he wasn't happy. He was massively under-eating, the jab was making him feel ill, and deep down he knew he wanted to do it the right way. So he reached out.

That took guts. And it's the best decision he made.

When Gary came to me, we stripped it back and started doing things properly. Fuelling his body instead of starving it. Training smart. Building sustainable habits. And the results have kept coming week after week.

The Numbers:

  • Weight: 277 lbs → 230 lbs — 47 lbs DOWN with me
  • Waist: 130 cm → 115 cm — 15 cm LOST
  • Arms: 40 cm → 49 cm — 9 cm UP
  • Thighs: 66 cm → 70 cm — 4 cm UP

And that last one means a lot. Gary always had skinny legs. Now he's building them. That's not just weight loss — that's a body being built properly.

We're not done. Not even close. The goal is a six-pack — a real one — and Gary is going to get there. I'm fully committed to seeing this through with him every step of the way.

This is what happens when you stop surviving and start actually working with your body.
