28 WEEK TRANSFORMATION

This is what real change looks like — body and mindset together.

Weight: 191 lbs → 167 lbs
24 lbs down

Waist: 83 cm → 74 cm
9 cm lost

Glutes: 105 cm → 103 cm

But the numbers don’t tell the full story.

She came to me after a horrific breakup. She’d lost her appetite and started starving herself. A stone dropped quickly — but the wrong way. Even though the scale moved, she had no energy, felt low, and was still unhappy in her body.

She believed the only way to lose weight was to eat less. She didn’t think getting back to her pre-pregnancy weight was realistic after having her son.

Twenty-eight weeks ago, she decided to try something different.

The hardest part wasn’t training. It was trusting that eating more food — properly structured — was the right move after months of under-eating.

In her words:

“I feel like a completely different person. Stronger mentally and physically, and so much more confident. I have more energy for my son. I believe in myself more than I ever thought I would.”

“I get straight out of bed and get on with the day. The depressing thoughts and feelings have gone.”

That’s real transformation.

Not just weight loss — but a mental reset.
Daily habits rebuilt.
Energy restored.
Confidence earned.

From heartbroken and starving herself… to strong, capable, and fully present as a mum.

Her advice?

“Don’t just say you’ll think about it. Just do it. You’ll look better and feel better mentally.”

CantStopWontStop isn’t just a phrase.

It’s a mindset — and she’s living proof of it.
