Matt’s not just a client — he’s a work colleague and a very good pal. We started back in January with one goal: strip him back properly.

And we did.

Once we got him lean, we reverse dieted him from 2,500 calories up to 3,000 calories. Now he’s building quality muscle tissue while staying lean, getting stronger, and feeling more energised than he has in years.

This is where most people get it wrong. They diet down… then rebound.
Matt rebuilt properly.

What makes this transformation different?

He works offshore.

No meal prep.
Limited food choices.
No full control.

So we built the plan around reality.

He estimates what’s available on the rig. Adds simple, consistent options like porridge, rice crispies, wraps, chicken, fish and rice. Loads up on salad. Makes smart decisions. Stays accountable.

When he’s home, he still enjoys a few Guinnesses. BBQs with the family. Meals out.

That’s what sustainability looks like.

From 104 kg to a lean, muscular 87 kg — and now building from a solid base.
