When Vicky first came to me, she was under-eating and afraid of food — surviving on 1,048 calories and thinking that was the solution. She was also nervous about stepping into the gym.

Now she’s eating over 2,200 calories per day, training consistently, and has developed a genuine passion for it. If anything, I have to rein her in and make sure she takes rest days.
