CODY MIA

16 WEEK TRANSFORMATION

This is what happens when you stop doubting yourself and start doing the work.

Meet my client - and my cousin - Cody.

292.2 lbs (20.9 stone) → 247.6 lbs (17.7 stone)
44.6 lbs down - 3.2 stone gone

114 cm waist → 92 cm (22 cm lost)
144 cm glutes → 117 cm (27 cm down)
74 cm thighs → 48 cm (26 cm down)
35 cm arms → 28 cm (7 cm down)

Cody has always struggled with her weight. She’d tried before. Multiple times. Lost some weight, then reverted back.

After enough failed attempts, she started to believe she simply couldn’t do it.

I said, “Let’s give it a proper go.”

So we did.

What makes Cody different?

If she can’t get to the gym, she trains at home with resistance bands. She bought herself a walking pad. She doesn’t wait for the perfect moment — she creates time.

Over Christmas, while most people were gaining weight, Cody lost another 4 lbs.

A few years ago, she lost her dad — my uncle Andy. That kind of pain can break people. Cody chose to channel it into something positive.

When she started, she doubted herself. She was nervous about the gym.

Now she loves it.

I see her cycling past, heading to another session. It’s no longer a chore — it’s a choice.

Daily habits consistent. Weekly check-ins done. No disappearing when things get hard.

Her mindset now?

“What’s next?”

That drive. That hunger to see how far she can take it.

We’re nowhere near finished.

By summer, she won’t just look different — she’ll feel unstoppable.

Your family would be proud. And so am I.

Keep going.
