17 WEEK TRANSFORMATION
When Reece filled out his consultation form, his goal was simple:
“To get fit, feel happy within myself, be positive, prove to myself I can follow this program and lose weight.”
I’ve known Reece for years. When we started, he was skeptical. He’d tried before. More than once. It hadn’t worked.
This time was different.
The last couple of weeks have been tough for him. Personal challenges. His mental health dipped hard.
He didn’t want to train.
But we stayed in contact. Daily check-ins. No disappearing when things got uncomfortable.
This week he said:
“The last two weeks I’ve been really low and unmotivated. This week I’ve found the fire again to keep going.”
When I asked if there was anything more I could do as his coach, he replied:
“Nothing. Just want to say thanks for the support and motivation. You’ve been brilliant from day one. I’ve felt down, my mental health’s been rock bottom, didn’t want to train, but you’ve pushed me to pick myself up and go again.”
This is what it’s about.
Not just weight loss.
Not just physique.
It’s about proving to yourself you can keep going when life gets hard.
Showing up when you don’t feel like it.
Building resilience.
Regaining control.
Reece is now in the best shape he’s been in for years.
More positive.
More consistent.
Moving forward.
And we keep going.
