Me and Joe used to both be big, fat, greedy bastards

Joe kept messaging me about signing up, then putting it off. Eventually took the leap but told me straight
“I’ll sign up but I don’t want to go to the gym. I hate them.”
So here’s what Joe did
NO gym membership
NO fancy equipment
NO cardio whatsoever
Tidied his nutrition up
Hit his daily step target
Resistance bands and bodyweight workouts only
But here’s where it gets mint…
Joe works away staying in hotels.
Couldn’t meal prep
So what did he do?
Started staying in Airbnb’s instead so he could stick to the plan 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
There’s always time and a way for something you really want
Then two weeks ago I got a message
“Ive joined the gym.”
After months of telling me he HATES gyms

Last week his wife sent me a message
“Joes just shown me his progress. Im so bloody proud of him He wouldn’t have got this far without you, you’ve kept him going. Thankyou conner xx”
Not everybody wants to be a bodybuilder or in phenomenal shape Joe’s a family man and he’s well happy with the progress he has made, but we’re not finished yet
